Tom Pisula, Pinecroft

Tom founded RRC MRE in 2003. He is responsible for making and executing on the company business plans. Tom has overall responsibility for all projects including the sourcing and structuring of those projects as well as overseeing all aspects of the organization.  Tom has developed or acquired approximately 2,500,000 SF of mainly medical office buildings in Texas, Pennsylvania, Arizona and Colorado with a total value in excess of $650 million. 

Justin Brasell, Transwestern

Justin serves as executive vice president of Transwestern's Healthcare Advisory Services Group and leads the Houston Healthcare Brokerage Team. He has been with Transwestern for over 11 years and specializes in providing healthcare real estate solutions to investors, developers and healthcare providers. His expertise in leasing, investment services, development, construction and asset management, allows him to apply a holistic lens to any healthcare-related opportunity, resulting in optimal outcomes for Transwestern clients. 

Jon Foulger, MedProperties 

Jon Foulger is Director of Acquisitions for MedProperties. He is responsible for deal sourcing, financial analysis, due diligence, finance and joint venture structuring. Jon has over 20 years of real estate experience, much of which has been in the development and acquisition of healthcare real estate. Prior to joining MedProperties, Jon was the Vice President of Finance & Business Development for Astoria Property Company, a real estate affiliate of Nueterra Capital and NueHealth, a national surgical healthcare operator.  Jon holds a BS in Business Administration from Brigham Young University.    

Moderator: Beth Young, LEED AP, Colliers

Beth Young is a real estate advisor to health systems, private and institutional investors, and users of medical facilities. She specializes in dispositions, acquisitions, marketing, asset valuation, contract negotiations, and leases of medical and investment properties. Prior to joining Colliers, Beth was VP of the Investment Services Group of the former Grubb & Ellis Company where she specialized in the sale of investment properties including office, medical, retail and industrial buildings, and was a member of the Healthcare Practice Group. From 1996 to 2002, she served as Vice President of Corporate Services for The Staubach Company, now JLL.
